Let's Talk Numbers

We aim for within 24 hours on weekdays, usually faster. If you're reaching out on Friday afternoon, you might not hear back until Monday unless it's something urgent. During tax season things get a bit crazy, but we always let you know what's happening and when you can expect to hear from us.

Don't stress too much about this. For the first chat, just bring whatever financial stuff you've got - could be last year's tax return, bank statements, receipts in a shoebox, whatever. We'll figure out together what else we need. It's better to just get started than to spend weeks organizing everything first. That's kinda what we're here for!

That's literally why we're here! If everyone was great at this stuff, we'd be out of a job. Seriously though, we work with all kinds of people - from folks who've got everything in perfect spreadsheets to people who show up with grocery bags full of receipts. No judgment here, we've seen it all and we'll help you get things sorted out.
